Refocus Youths Limited (RYL) is a UK registered charity working with families and young people to raise aspirations and maximising the latter's potentials, as we believe in the unlimited potential of every young person.
Many young people are ill-equipped with the mental tools to effectively play life's game. Being a teenager is a challenging period when many young people face hormonal changes, inner struggles and conflicts and have to cope with a variety of transformations.
Sometimes, young people's inability to make sense of their environment may lead them to feel anxiety, anger, paranoia, or the need to withdraw, which when pressed can result in them over-reacting inappropriately to certain situations.
At RYL, we employ the use of innovative intellectual sports that will enhance their ability to engage in team work, think strategically and make informed decisions.
